All ensuite bedrooms have been refurbished and are situated at first floor level, equipped with Freeview TV, complimentary beverages and other thoughtful details and touches. Double glazing and thermo statically controlled central heating provide additional comfort.

Guests have their own dining room and lounge and use of garden / patio area.

Brooklands Guest House / B&B is centrally located in the pemium hotel area of Torquay. We welcome individuals and family groups either holidaying or congregating for a celebration, wedding or other special event. To make your stay special or perhaps arrange a surprise we can arrange banners,wine, chocolates, flowers , tickets for the Princess Theatre etc Just let us know your requirements when booking.
